Little dare devil

I love watching her ride. She's cautious about things but has a natural ability to pick things up quick. Love this girl. I think she's pretty cool!

Trucks, tractors, machines of all kinds

I scrolled through my phone and was looking at all these pics of this boy. He's still very much ibsessed with any type of machinery. Or anything that has an engine. Love it. That one of him is when he was super little. Maybe a year. It was when we were in Provo, when he discovered his love for tractors.

God sent....these precious spirits

I love watching these two together. They are so sweet and loving to each other. They were just exploring together. Precious moments

A shiny new bike, a date with dad

Kylee jo and d occasionally go on snack runs and errands together. This is where they jam out in the truck listening to all kinds of music. Music including Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, you know all of Derek's favorite women singers that he can honestly hit some pretty high notes while singing along. The other night they went to Walmart to get a chain for her bike. Her bike was pretty much toast but I couldn't justify buying a new one going into winter. But we do ride bikes quite a bit. Everyday when it's nice. Well they came home with a nice new shiney bike, with gears. Kylees face said it all. She was so excited and happy. She put all of her money towards it and promised Derek she would earn the rest by working hard doing chores and stuff. They also had a chat about the importance of education. He told her that the reason she gets things like this is because mom and dad both went to school and worked hard to get an education to provide our children with things like this every once and a while. We love to spoil the kids. But we want our kids to learn the importance of hard work and service. I feel so grateful for the kind little girl that I have. And for a hubby that takes time out to teach her and spoil her.

The tooth fairy was confused yet again!

Well Kylee lost a tooth the other night. She went to bed and woke up in the morning in tears, the tooth fairy didn't come! As I held her in bed Derek was getting ready for work and scrambled up some change. Well she haven't checked her two small pillows next to her wall on her bunk bed. Whew,... Apparently the tooth fairy is a jokester. Then she said, she didn't take my tooth, "it's going to rot  if I save it". I said maybe she didn't need that one, she said "well next time I'm going to write her a note and tell her to take it!" She's so funny. I don't know how we have forgotten twice. She lost another one last night, and the tooth fairy took her tooth and gave her money. She's becoming quite the rich women with losing all these teeth. And she does score, bc when the tooth fairy forgets, she gets whatever is in the Disneyland jar, haha and last time it was a 5! One lucky lady. Poor Kylee when she reads this when she's older is going to feel jipped that some of her money came out of the Disney land jar that she out in. Haha oh well, we replace it eventually.

Just shopping with dad

D and were in a pretty hilarious mood the other night and went to the grocery store. I got this picture while they were there. Cracks me up, Kylees face says it all
