New Years Eve

We spent New Years Eve with Adam and Allison and her fam. We had tons of fun playing games and just hanging out. Ky stayed up until 1:30am. She was the only kid up. Shes such a little night owl and ate up the opportunity to drink pop and stay up late.

Christmas!

Nash loved the decorations

Christmas morning was really great. It was just us,
it was a very enjoyable, relaxing day.

Ky got the chance to do a little shopping at her school. She surprised us with the most thoughtful gifts. She gave D and courgar cup and a pen for school that says "worlds best dad".
She gave me a necklace and a pen.
Nash got a stuffed animal.
and prim got a new toy.
Kylee just amazes me with her thoughtfulness and compassion. She is so kind. Makes me one proud mama.

Nash got this little slide from Santa

Kylee got a dollhouse

D surprised me with a pair of Uggs. I LOVE them!! I was so surprised. He thanked me for being a single mom this past semester and said a bunch of nice things and then I cried. I love him.

Ky said doing dishes is her new favorite chore! Im totally fine with that.

This little boy is officially everywhere. I love it. He just decided last week that he was going to start crawling.
He has been standing up on stuff for quite a while. But the crawling is pretty cute.
He tucks one leg in and gets around pretty good.

She loves to help out. She asked to vaccum. Is she a little me or what? Derek got a kick out of it.

I love to come into the room to these two cuddling on the couch.

Oh hes just so big!! He loves to walk around.

Christmas jams

Well we decided to get a real tree this year. It was so fun to go pick out and then the smell was just amazing. The only problem is, we had to take it down a week before Christmas. Haha it turned brown. So we just used our small little white one and will probably settle for a fake one next year.

Gingerbread house

It was really pretty!!

Our Christmas lights outside.

We celebrated Christmas the week before with my fam.
This is Diesel (marc and molly's dog). And of course aunt molly.

Catching up...

Well I figure Ill just catch up with tons of pictures and get better about blogging more regularly.

I have been volunteering in Ky's class twice a month and I just love it!!
I love to see her interact, and they say the funniest things.

Helping me fix the vaccum

The first of December the kids and I drove to Doug's graduation. This was good ol I-80. The kids were really good but it was scary in spots. At one point while driving on pure ice, kylee jo said a prayer that we would be safe. I love that girl.

Waiting for the graduation to start

I am one proud sister! Congrats Doug!!!!

The way home...Ky got a recorder in her Wendy's kids meal.
That was fun. Needless to say I was sooo happy to be home.

Then we found out kylee needed to get her eyes checked. She was very excited to "maybe" be getting glasses. Well sure enough she got her dads eyes. She picked her glasses out and couldn't wait for them to come. She really hoped they would come before Christmas so that she could show everyone. And they did!

Had to wear these on the way home because her eyes were dilated.

One cute girl

she got a kick out of these eyes

We have enjoyed having Derek off of school for a few weeks.
One night they went hot tubbin. They had to trudge through the snow to get to the hot tub.

The car wash fascinates him

He loves to pic his sister up everyday from school. He knows he gets to get out of his seat and wait.
So he drives and plays with all the buttons. He loves the windshield wipers.
