About a month ago, we decided last minute to get a hotel down in Lava and visit the hot springs. The hotel was pretty getto (FYI: If your going to lava... CAMP!) We got to the hotel late at night and had already paid for the room. We couldnt get a refund and let me just say we thought about sleeping in our car. The hotel was like 100 years old and used to be an old hospital. They turned it into a hotel and the reviews on it said it was haunted. We didnt know this before hand. lol...but it was definently an adventure. We spent the next day trying out different hot springs. Kylee jo absolutely loved all the "hot tubs". It was a fun little get-away. But we will definelty camp next time!

Dang next time drive the extra 20 minutes and stay with us. We would have loved to see you guys. Our beds are way comfy and house.. not haunted....Glad you enjoyed the pots. :) miss you guys

Oh no, I'm so sorry the hotel didn't work out well. Camping doesn't sound that glamorous (although I think your family enjoys that type of thing!)
