| Ya...I think hes pretty amazing! I am constantly amazed at how driven an ambitious Derek is. He told me randomly one day that he was going to enter in a powerlifting competition. And three weeks later there you have it...he won a metal and everything! |

Lol he wears the metal around, that's awesome!! Good for him. I always get so nervous watching people lift because it looks like their head is going to explode.
