Hawaii

We went to Hawaii in October with the Johnson family. It was amazing in every way. The house we stayed at was awesome, the back yard was the beach. We were in the ocean at 6am every morning watching the sun come up. The kids stayed on utah time until towards the end of the vacation. Just as we were getting used to the time difference, it was time to come home. The island life was awesome to experience and I am looking forward to going back one day.
We all went to pearl harbor one day. It was quite the experience. A spiritual one for sure. We went snorkeling a couple of times, hiked a waterfall and swam in the fresh water. I was able to buggy board with kylee for the first time. It was quite fun until we got hit by a couple of giant waves. She was able to lay on the top of the board and I kicked on the back. It was so much fun.
There was a surf board at the house, the first morning she brought it out and got right up on it. She love it. We went to the polynisian cultural center, the kids loved it. It was such a fun experience and we would love to spend more time there one day. The kids caught fish, participated in fun games, watch people make fire, and dance.
It was definently a vacation we will never forget.
